Cory Smith is an award-winning architect, with over 20 years experience in residential, commercial and retail design. Cory also has significant experience in construction management, overseeing the construction of hotel, bank, restaurant, health care and retail facilities in and around the Chicagoland area.

Projects directly under his management have ranged from $100,000 to over $10 million. His residential redesign work on the Karlsson residence in Naperville, Illinois was awarded the 2002 “Community Choice” Award by the Naperville Community First Organization in its inaugural competition.

Cory is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. He holds a Bachelors degree in Architecture and a Masters degree in Residential Architecture from the University of Illinois.
